Baby #2 is a girl

Well, we've had our second child and it's a another girl.

Maelle Emily Warriner was born October 12, 2011 at RVH. She's healthy and happy. Her big sister, Jubilee, just loves her so much. I can't believe she's almost 6 months already. Where does the time go??

Baby #2 well on his/her way

I'm pleased to announce (most of you already know), my husband and I are expecting our second child. I announced a while back, I just haven't updated my blog in a while. We are just finishing up our 6 months of pregnancy. It's going well, expect I'm not running this pregnancy and missing it very much. I'm looking forward to the new addition and my daughter, Jubilee is looking forward to being a big sister. She thinks the baby will be a girl. :)

Successful Start to 2010 Racing Season

Well, it's been 2 years since I've raced, so I was a little nervous to toe the line.

My training was resumed after 4 short weeks after Jubilee was born. It was a fun winter swimming, biking (trainer rides), running, snowshoeing, and xc skiing with my bestest of friends. I added trail running and mountain biking since the early snow melt in early spring. April 24th was my first trail race, 12.3 km. My time of 00:55:13 was good enough to place me 2nd overall female. I hit the trail again for my second race, this time a 25k. I was fortunate to run it with my great friend, Krista. I placed 2nd overall female (Krista was 1st) with a time of 2:13.

I look forward to the upcoming season.

Welcome Jubilee Warriner

My husband and I are pleased to announce the birth of our first child, our precious little girl, Jubilee, born August 13th, weighing at 4lb 9oz. She was born 3 1/2 weeks early. Mom and baby doing very well.
